According to a NY Times Op-Ed piece on "Playing to Learn” (http://nyti.ms/c8Wc3j), “Scientists know that children learn best by putting experiences together in new ways. They construct knowledge; they don’t swallow it.” While the piece was written for the K-12 teacher audience, is it applicable to higher education?
